| All attendance issues are handled by your grade level clerk. This includes tardies, PTL (permit to leave) and absences. All note must be in writing. You may email or send a note in with your child. All notes for absences must be turned in within 48 hours of returning to school. Please review our policy posted on this website.

What's Good at DHS
The Dunedin High School Highlander Band has been invited by Disney World to perform in their annual Christmas parade.
The Dunedin High School Highlander Band received a superior rating at their most recent competition.
The Drama Department produced another fall hit play "Ruthless".
The Swim and Dive team claimed a Regional Championship title this year in diving.
The Volleyball team was crowned District Champs for the first time in 22 years, and reached the regional semi-finals.
The Varsity Football team wrapped up the season with a winning record of 6-4.
The NJROTC cadets honored veterans at their annual Veterans Day Ceremony.
Also, the NJROTC program, in combined efforts with the faculty and students at DHS, donated hundreds of canned food items to feed needy families during the Thanksgiving holidays.
Fundamental shadowing has started and is going well.
Discovery Night is December 17, 2012.
