In the Architectural Design Program located at Dunedin High School, students learn to use the industrial drafting tools and instruments of the architect.
In Architectural Design, students are given instruction in using the computer, including Computer Assisted Drawing (CAD). The Electrical Technologies program offers students the opportunity to be trained in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of state-of-the-art residential electrical systems. The Building Construction Technology program promotes opportunities for students to have hands-on experiences with masonry, plumbing, carpentry and some electrical operations.

What's Good at DHS
The Dunedin High School Highlander Band has been invited by Disney World to perform in their annual Christmas parade.
The Dunedin High School Highlander Band received a superior rating at their most recent competition.
The Drama Department produced another fall hit play "Ruthless".
The Swim and Dive team claimed a Regional Championship title this year in diving.
The Volleyball team was crowned District Champs for the first time in 22 years, and reached the regional semi-finals.
The Varsity Football team wrapped up the season with a winning record of 6-4.
The NJROTC cadets honored veterans at their annual Veterans Day Ceremony.
Also, the NJROTC program, in combined efforts with the faculty and students at DHS, donated hundreds of canned food items to feed needy families during the Thanksgiving holidays.
Fundamental shadowing has started and is going well.
Discovery Night is December 17, 2012.
